Dear Expert, I am using Capto Core 700 for sample run (sample temp. max. 10 deg. Celsius). In case of capto core 700 resin what is the minimum and maximum temperature which can effectively used for highest binding capacity? In fact, my target is to get the product from flow through mode and captured other materials by resin. Thanks

No study has been conducted regarding effect of temperature on binding capacity for Capto Core 700. In general temperature will affect the binding capacity, often the binding capacity is higher at higher temperatures, but this rule does not always apply. Capto Core 700 is temperature-table, there is no problem with long term exposure in the temperature range 4-30 degrees. I suggest to perform a study so see how temperature affects the particular separation that is of interest to you.
