Biacore Basics Course

Half a day-course introducing you to the Biacore systems, application areas, assay development, basic principles of kinetic measurement, and general system maintenance.

Kinetic and Affinity Analysis with System Specific Evaluation Software

Two-day course covering interpretation and evaluation of kinetic and affinity data for Biacore T200, Biacore T100, and Biacore X100 users.

Kinetic and Affinity Analysis with BIAevaluation software

Two-day course covering interpretation and evaluation of kinetic and affinity data for users with BIAevaluation software.

Biacore X100 Basics Course

Basic introduction to Biacore X100 to help you set up, develop and run your assays. The course will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours to complete.

Single-Cycle Kinetics (SCK) and Calibration-Free Concentration Analysis (CFCA)

Introduction to SCK and CFCA for Biacore T100 and Biacore T200 users covering CFCA theory, experimental considerations, and how to set up and evaluate SCK and CFCA runs. The course will take approximately 50 minutes to complete.

Course for new Biacore users introducing you to the Biacore technology, system operation, assay development, data evaluation, and system maintenance so that you can start working with your own assays.

Kinetics and Affinity Analysis (two-day course)

2-day course for users who know the basics of Biacore systems, but wish to extend their skills in the interpretation and evaluation of kinetic and affinity data.

Prerequisite: Biacore Basics course

Working with Small Molecules

2-day course for Biacore T100 and Biacore 2000/3000 users covering how to work with low molecular weight compounds that require organic solvents to maintain solubility.

Prerequisite: Introduction to Biacore T100 course (Biacore T100 users) or Biacore Basics course (Biacore 2000/3000 users)

Biacore 4000: Analyzing LMW compounds

Course for users who need to gain knowledge about the Biacore 4000 system and technology to start using Biacore 4000 for high quality analysis of low molecular weight compounds and/or fragments.

Biacore 4000: Analyzing protein-protein interactions

Course for users who need to gain knowledge about the Biacore 4000 system and technology to start using Biacore 4000 for high quality analysis of protein-protein interactions.

Biacore 4000: Tools to optimize

Course for users that need to gain a deeper understanding of the specialized aspects of small molecule/fragment work on Biacore 4000.

Concentration Analysis with Biacore 3000

One-day course for users who know the basics of Biacore C, but require a deeper knowledge of concentration analysis and assay development.
