High flow rates for fast purification

ÄKTA pure 150 is optimized for high linear flow rates and using large column diameters. Runs can be performed at maximum flow rate with system pressure kept low. For fast purification of tens of grams of target protein, flow rates of up to 150 ml/min can be used. Columns can be packed at 300 ml/min.
